Ted Lasso Biscuits

BISCUITS WITH THE BOSS!

Any #TedLasso fans out there this Halloween? 🙋🏼‍♀️

I tried multiple Lasso Biscuit recipes and Milk Bar’s was by far my favorite because it was shortbread with a little flare (and they looks like the biscuits Rebecca scarfs down):

2 sticks softened butter
1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 egg yolks
1 ¾ cup flour
scant ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Heat the oven to 325F and pan spray a 8x8” baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix the butter and sugars together vigorously until smooth.

Stir in the egg yolks.

Add the flour and salt, mix just until the dough comes together.

Press dough into an even layer in the pan and bake at 325F for 45 minutes until a thin, golden brown layer forms on top.

Cool completely before cutting into 2 even columns and 6 even rows.

Place in small, pink box. Serve to boss.
