Hello there,
I started baking when I was two and haven’t stopped since. Graduate of the University of Illinois and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Studied in Paris, France.
I’ve worked on a 5-Star Pastry team in Palm Beach, in an Oreo cookie factory, and studied under James Beard award-winning chefs. I was on the opening team of a popular Chicago Riverwalk cafe and spent time as a Chef Instructor teaching countless people cooking and baking techniques.
I’ve been working for a large restaurant group in Chicago managing the digital accounts for their restaurants. Most recently I’ve been at an ad agency in West Palm Beach.
