At Made by a Blonde, our brown butter chocolate chip cookie is not just a cookie. It is a point of view.

We brown our butter until it turns golden and nutty and smells like something you would find in a fine pastry kitchen. We use Belgian chocolate that melts in soft, glossy pools. Only unbleached flour. Only premium butter. Finished with a delicate sprinkle of Maldon sea salt.
