We use only King Arthur Flour. Unbleached and free from artificial preservatives. Better ingredients make better cookies. Always.
Then comes the chocolate.
And not just any chocolate.
We load every batch with premium Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, folded generously into the dough so every bite is packed with melty, rich flavor.
Each cookie is hand-measured at 1/2 cup for that oversized, bakery-style look and feel. Then we take it one step further.
We rest the dough, allowing the exterior to develop while the inside stays soft — creating that perfect contrast:
crispy on the outside, irresistibly chewy on the inside.
Once baked to golden perfection, we finish it with:
