Dollar Tree Snickerdoodle Whoopie Pies

Ingredients

Makes 6 cookies, 3 sandwiches

• 1 bag Better Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix

• 1 TBSP Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust

• 1/4 Cup Water

• 2 TBSP Water

• 1 TBSP

Filling:

• 1/3 cup powdered sugar

• 1/3 cup Vanilla Frosting

• 1 TBSP Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.

2. In a large bowl add margarine, water, cookie mix, and cinnadust

3. Mix until combined

4. Put excess dust in a bowl

5. Scoop dough into 2 inch balls, roll them in powder

6. Put in freezer for at least 30 minutes, so they don’t spread in the oven too much

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown

8. Allow to cool

9. In a separate bowl combine all filling ingredients until smooth

10. Divide filling into 1/3s and assemble
