Best Blondie Recipe

World’s best blondie recipe below! Source: trust me bro

2 sticks melted butter
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 c flour
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips

For topping: 6 blocks of white almond bark and 1 cup red & green M&Ms

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper, I spray the bottom too so the parchment paper stays in place.

Put melted butter in a large bowl and add white sugar & brown sugar. Use an electric mixer to stir well (about 1 minute)

Add the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix for another minute until the dough lightens in color

In a separate bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Slowly add to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips then, spread the batter evenly into the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, or with fudgy crumbs.

Remove from oven and wait until it cools. Top with more white chocolate chips or do what I do…

Melt 6 blocks of white almond bark and spread on top evenly. Add about 1 cup of M&Ms and let cool in fridge for 30 more minutes.

Cut with a hot knife (run under hot water and wipe dry or use a blow torch) for perfectly crisp looking slices!
